The Quality of the sound and bass is great. You can adjust and move quickly from Ambient Sound to Noise Cancelling. Very easy to use touch pad. Battery length is also a plus, you can use them up to ~30 hrs (per spec).

This man is not a very techy guy so getting something that was user friendly was very important. He loves his headphones. The sound quality is amazing. They’re very easy to connect to his phone and the battery life is phenomenal. I definitely recommend these!

I got them to replace my Beats Solo pros and this pair hasn’t let me down. I miss the almost magical integration of my beats to my iPhone and iPad but these r okay since I can connect them to two devices (AND IT HAS AN AUDIO JACK). It even comes with an adaptor for a those weird airplane audio jacks

Best ANC Headphones

Great ANC, better app with EQ, and USB-C, because we're 2020....Touch Controls remain top notch and a relatively conservative sleek design perfect for both business and casual environments. The custom ANC button is cool. Only gripe is having to hold power to turn on/off, and the microphone is still pretty terrible. Dropping aptX + aptX LL/HD was also a seriously questionable move, but at the end of they day, it's still bluetooth codec so the quality isn't going to be on par anyways. Sound's passable from a regular viewpoint and downright awful from an audiophone. Of course, you're here for ANC and not something like Senn 6xx so we can gloss over the sound quality.

Better in every way including BT connectivity

While the sound and noise cancelling were excellent, the BT switching was terrible between devices. NOW, with teh XM4 they seemed to have fixed that to allow switching between TWO devices relatively seamlessly. The sound quality has improved and even the noise cancelling seems to cover higher frequencies than before. The cans fit more comfortably as well. It should be noted that when shipped, the two device feature was not yet included and a firmware update was required. This was not clear until I called Sony support and they walked me though it. Also, I experienced some odd shutoffs during conference calls due, I think, to my AC running at high and possibly confusing the talk feature. I will experiment further next call. The instruction manual and help pages need overhaul. The pictographic explanations are lame.

These fit so well, i was shocked at how comfortable they could be. The noise cancelling made my jaw drop. Id never been able to get headphones to fit well enough to experience it until i tried these.

Amazing headphone!

Once I made minor adjustment to the Eq, the headphone really comes alive. I have custom settings for certain genre that can easily be swipe through within the app. In the beginning, head headphone had a strong clamp to my ears but after a few hours of use, it seem to have broken in. I had these on for hours While working and they felt comfortable, but my ears did get hot because the suction really cover my ears. The anc is out of this world. I don’t turn on the volume to high, maybe 20-25%. My wife was talking to me but couldn’t hear anything coming out of her mouth. :) I turn of the speak to chat feature when I am outside jogging. It seems to pick up some noises and activate the feature. This thing stays on pretty good while jogging. I would recommend turning up the ambient noise so you can hear incoming vehicles. Overall, I am really satisfied.
