Very comfortable, easy setup and app has great useful features. On ear feel is amazing as well, the sound quality will blow you away. I just wish apps like Apple Music and Spotify would incorporate 360 sound for the full XM4 experience. Definitely recommend!

USB-C charging so I can use the same charger as my other more modern devices. Built in Microphone with Filtering for great call clarity. Awesome battery life, even with the ANC active.

Sony Wireless - Top Notch

My last pair of wireless where okay as long as you werent moving around, These Sony's are unbelievable in sound quality and Noise Cancelling. I have yet to run the battery down.

Good but not great; I'd pick the Bose NR 700s

At least in my experience, the Bose 700s were the better choice when compared to these and even the AirPods Max. These improve the XM3 that came before them, but still have lesser call quality issues when using on Zoom/WebEx and the sound is a bit too boomy when compared to more accurate headphones that are priced similarly.

The WH1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort. Having unusually dry skin can store static electricity in humans. A large amount of static electricity in the body and having contact with electrical devices at the same time can cause stress on the device and/or on your body. You can avoid this from happening by wearing clothing of natural materials that can't store static electricity. For the call quality, these can be improved by updating its firmware to the latest version (2.0.7). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Noise cancelling headphones

Really helped me during my days to study for the boards. I love going to cafe, but sometimes it could get really loud, but with this device. It helped me focus better because of the noise cancellation it provides.
