Great workout headphones

Very compacted so i can just throw them in my bag without thinking. The only thing i dont like much is the swipping feture but nothing crazy i cant get used too.

They’re not so heavy to cause discomfort and they are very good at isolating other sounds in the room. Being cordless really makes being mobile extra good!

Amazing investment

My apartment is next to a busy road, when I'm doing hw, the noise cancellation is amazing. Sometimes I don't even use it for music, but just pure Bliss and silence. It's lightweight and comfortable, and I love the dark blue color. 10/10

The only issues I have with them is sometimes the headphones randomly disconnect for about 1 second. It has improved though with software updates through the app though. Comfort wise I would say it is pretty average, I do not usually like to wear them for hours on end like other headsets. That might be because i'm not used to the weight yet as I usually have lighter headphones on.

Top of the line noise cancelling headphones.

These headphones are lighter than the WH-1000XM2 that are being replaced. Build quality is not as robust as the older pair, but sound is better. Great deal when on sale. Best Buy is the only store that offers the Midnight Blue color which I like the best.

I looked around, read reviews and and tried on several pairs. It ultimately came down that I need to purchase them, take them home and try them. I decided that I would buy the Sony flagship headphone. So far they have worked out wonderful. The sound is great and the lack of outside sound is awesome too. They do not block out sound like in the year versions, but they also do not kill your ear during long term listening sessions. I am still trying to get use to the controls but that is just using them more. I do like the ability to put up the ear and bam you can hear people without taking them off. The one thing I did not like, was the fact that Best Buy was all out of the black ones... I also did not want to to wait a couple of days to get a black version or I could have gone another route... but that is a very small issue.

Awesome Noise Canceling Headphone.

I use this to study and it helps prevent other distractions. The battery life lasts for a while. I active chat feature is also great, however, I do not use it much but use my right hand to cup the right side instead. Overall, great quality headphones.

Noise cancelling feature is great, helps to keep the noise down much more in this family setting I am in (kids, dogs, ect). My biggest positive is the charging and battery life. You charge this thing for 5 minutes and I swear it can still last you for two full days!

Amazing ANC and Incredible Sound

If you are looking at the XM4s or even the XM3s, you already know that they have set the bar for ANC. When you put these on, you just hear all that background noise woosh away putting you into silence. I've had other headphones from Anker SoundCore, to Cowin to some weird Chinese brands from Amazon and nothing comes close to the level of ANC that Sony can produce. It is truly incredible. Playing around with the Sony app(s), I stumbled upon the 360 sound demo and I was not expecting it to work as well as it did. Then I found some of the 360 / 3D / 8D videos on YouTube and it is awesome. Goofy ones like the Tucker Zone that will make you turn your head because you could swear someone was behind you knocking on a door, to songs remastered in a way that is like 5.1 and goes beyond your typical stereo effect. I can't believe I waited so long to purchases these, but I am so glad I finally did.
