The range is impressive. I can wander pretty far with them throughout the house and parts of the yard. Sound is fantastic. Very pleased with this purchase. Recommend.

They sound amazing, the ambient noise option is good if you're walking around outside so you're aware of any traffic or people nearby. I use the noise-canceling when I travel to block out any outside noise. Charges quickly and the battery lasts forever.

Great headphones, garbage controls

I prefer them to my bose headphones. That being said, the touch controls on the headphones are a huge steaming pile of garbage. Whoever had the bright idea to implement it was either in to deep to back out or purely clueless to what people want in their products. I have 20 year old vending machine headphones with better controls.

These headphones are so worth it! I’m a noise canceling QUEEN and these headphones deliver one of the best sounds I’ve ever had. With Apple airpod max you might get great sound as well but one thing about apple accessories is that they don’t last long. These Sonys will literally last you forever and the app literally allows you to customize your liking on how you want your audio and the clearity mode makes you hear everything it’s quite amazing.

Have not yet tried them on an airplane, but should be nice and quiet. Sound is very good. Can do a number of things; I have yet to learn them all, but they appear to be quite logical. Worthwhile purchase for traveling.

Excellent Sound and Confortables

I have a hard time with over ear headphones because they make my ears hurt if I use them for extended periods of time. These sony headphones provide enough space to my ears and I can use it during hours with no issues. I would really recommend these headphones.

The World Will Cease to Exist

I plugged it into my radio and at first the sound kept cutting off and on but once I was settled in my chair, it was great. When I plug it into my MP3 player and start exercising, there is occasional static. But there is nothing happening to make me want to return them. Once I get into the music, I don't notice any imperfections. They will make you forget the world exist around you. The noise cancellation is awesome! I purchased these so I could listen to music as my family watched TV. I was in my chair waiting for my sister to cook breakfast. I kept looking at my watch because it was taking so long. Finally I went into the kitchen and my food was on the table. I asked my sister why she didn't call me and she angerly stated she called me four times and I ignored her. I had to explain I had my "Noise Canceling" headphones on so I literally couldn't hear her. :o) It was AWESOME!

She notes that during my conference calls she can still hear me; however, if I am not actively talking, the background noise gets completely drowned out. Not disappointed about the noise cancelling, however, not 100% impressed with it. Battery life is great, music quality is great, and build is great.
