Great headphones!!!!

I had tried some earbuds, but they just were not comfortable. These are EXCELLENT!! The ANC, is incredible. They are comfortable and sound great. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing!!!

I had the Bose QC45 but decided to return those, as the XM4s were just better. They have more rich sound and more features. They also make the QC45 feel cheap in comparison. The only con is that the noise cancellation isn't as good as on the Bose. I also tried the XM5s recently and found that these sound better (and these fold inwards and have a nice case, the XM5s do not). To conclude, best purchase I've made in a while. I hope they'll last long.

Great headphones

I live in a very noisy place and the noise canceling is incredible, it completely drowns out the outside creating a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The noise cancellation can be adjusted in the app if you want to still be able to listen to ambient noise. Overall, very satisfied with the product!

Excellent upgrade

Dry confrtoable and light in weight.

Excellent sound

I returned them and purchased the xm4, and was instantly pleased with the sound. And even more so after going through and setting up my sound preference. Super happy with the sound quality. It doesn’t get super loud as some have mentioned, but that’s probably not a bad thing, as it may save our hearing. And it looks a lot better than the xb910’s.

I was happier with bose

But the Bluetooth connection on this headset keeps dropping. It’s not as intelligent as Bose when automatically switching between my phone and fire tv. The touch controls were annoying, I had to disable it so now I can only control the volume via my phone or tv - but worth it to remove the annoying feature. Sound quality is better than Bose but not by much (q35). It’s tighter than my Bose and pressing on my ear so I have to take a break when wearing. Noise canceling is better in Bose. Great to wear if you have glasses.

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing with the Bluetooth connection dropping and the multipoint switching not being as seamless as you'd like; this is often linked to the "Prioritize Sound Quality" setting, and we recommend changing it to "Prioritize Stable Connection" in the Sony | Headphones Connect app to improve connection reliability. Regarding comfort, the clamping force is a design element for optimal acoustic sealing and Noise Cancelling performance, but we are sorry to hear it feels tight. Your decision to disable the touch controls is a valid way to customize your experience. If the disconnection issues persist after changing the setting, please ensure your headset firmware is up to date, or contact Sony Product Support at 1-800-222-7669 for dedicated troubleshooting.

No brainer upgrade from XM2

Also like the quicker charging AND the fact that they feel the same but are nearly an ounce lighter than the XM2. Definitely worth the upgrade. Probably wouldn't upgrade from the XM3 though.

Best wireless NC headphones 2020

They're pretty comfortable aswell and have a good battery life.

Awesome headphones

They are comfortable to wear for extended time and sound great. The app to control them could use some improvement. My Beats Studio 3 headphones work more seamlessly with iPhone but aren’t as comfortable to wear.
