Great improvement over previous model

The tweaks to the head band and ear muffin really improve comfort. The sound quality has also improved. Bluetooth compatibility has improved for me too. Great improvements to an already great product.

I would charge them every 2 days or a bit less. Comes with a durable travel case and Usb-C cable. Sturdy and durable design for the headphones. Apps works great but could use a few updates.

Best Noise Canceling out there

Very comfortable on the ears and lots of great features. Some of the best noise canceling out there. The have a great high quality feel that should last a long time.

Able to work at home

I have my office at home and inconsiderate noisy neighbors have moved in. Without the headphones, I could not work. They are comfortable and I can wear them for hours.

Great headphones that don't last.

These are the most comfortable, best sounding headphones I have ever had. Better than a comparable Bose. The problem is they don't last. I bought them in 2022. After several months the battery stopped charging. Looked on Youtube, talked to tech support and tried all of the resets. Nothing worked. They sent me a brand new pair. I was very happy. Less than a year later the exact same thing happened. They sent me another pair. Now that pair is not charging. Talked to customer service and they said the origninal pair has a 1 year warranty, replacements only have a 90 day warranty. So 3 pair in two years, all with the same problem. Apparently this is a common problem because there are videos all over youtube. So even though I loved them I cannot spend another $350 on a pair of headphones that have never lasted even a year. Bose here I come.

We regret to hear that you are not satisfied with the battery life of the headphones. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headset is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).

Good, not great

LDAC must be used on my Note 10+, sounds like mud otherwise. Problem is, using LDAC doesn't allow pairing to two devices. Otherwise, many cool features. I would recommend them when they're on sale. I like the blue color.

Great Noise Canceling Headphones

Noise cancelation is perfect, touching the right ear cup to allow outside noise is very convenient. Taking them off automatically pauses whatever you re watching/listening too. I wish it had a better microphone. I tried using for a work call, but people said the voice quality wasn't good. After a couple hours of use, I had to take them off for about a minute because the ear cups were getting warm (not mechanical warm more body heat). Not a big deal...because I was expecting it to heat up right away...not the case for me. Sound quality is very good. No problems connecting multiple devices...phone and tablet.

Noise canceling is great. It works well with my phone. Battery life is awesome. I just with my phone would use the LDAC codec but that's not the headphones fault.
