We're happy your WH-1000XM4 headphones sound great, but apologize for the connection issue with your computer. This is often fixed by clearing the headphones' pairing history: please try performing a factory reset by holding the power and NC/Ambient button for about 7 seconds, and then attempt to re-pair with your computer.

Great sound but that price

And the color navy blue makes it a great catch for me. The price is a little too stiff for me, but when they go on sale, i would jump on it ASAP.

They’re exactly what I was looking for. The noise cancellation works really well and they have great sound. People would come in and out of my office and I had no idea. Pricey for the features

The only issue I have faced is disconnections few times during my meetings. One improvement point is changing device I have to disconnect and then connect again. Unnecessary hassle.

We'd love to troubleshoot this issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, if you are using the headphones with your computer for meetings or video conferences, select calling connections (HFP/HSP) and not music playback connections (A2DP). On the speaker settings, select calling connections [Headset (WH-1000XM4 Hands-Free)]. ([Headphones (WH-1000XM4 Stereo)] is for music playback connections.)
On the microphone settings, select calling connections [Headset (WH-1000XM4 Hands-Free)] . When the microphone is not set up, the Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, and the sound from the headset is muted.

Noise canceling

They have noise canceling settings if you can leave them off. I don't know why I thought I would prefer these over ear buds puff any kind, but they lasted a little over a year before I gifted them to my uncle who does prefer headphones lover ear buds. I will say that in a crowded flight, it did a marvelous job blocking out noise. It recommends a specific Sony app for configuration which I think was dumb. It should either work, or not, but I'm not a musician, I'm a listener.
