I read reviews on all noise canceling headphones and this had great reviews. Bestbuy had the cheapest price and in blue. She loves it and I tried it out too. Those broke a while ago. The xm4's use a c. bought these over the 5's. Noise cancelling is superb. Music is as crisp and clear as I've ever heard. Use the ldac codec and it gets better. Get these, you'll love them.

Almost negative support from Sony. I had issues with this headset randomly turning the ambient mode on and off and Sony just said “get a different headset”. They don’t support the software nearly as much. Besides this the actual audio experience is very nice, comfortable and light headset with a nice rounded lower bass
