I wasn’t able to take them back in time because I received them the day before I headed off to uni. I thought I’d give them a try when I got there. They have alright sound but when receiving calls people have told me that it’s not the best quality. I think I may have gotten a dupe product or something different. I don’t have a car, so I wasn’t able to return them within the return window, however if I could change them with the right product, I.

Posted .Hi SamaraL, We're sorry to hear about your headphones. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). These steps may also help when using the mic function of the headphones:
-Re-establish the connection between the source device and the headset.
-When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer. During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line.
-You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

I even ended up returning Bose 700 series. These are my favorite so far, my only complain is when the ear pads wear down from nightly use over a year, it's hard to impossible to get them fixed. The store says they don't fix them. I might just get a pair of 3rd party ear pads.

Right swivel Broken ugg.

I expected better from a Sony product. The sound was decent but not durable at all.

Great Sound and Battery Life

The battery life is good, comfort is good, sound is excellent. The fact that I can connect it to my laptop and phone at the same time is a great feature.

Best pair of headphones I've owned. The packaging and build is so user-friendly. It also came with the airplane adapter jack. I love most about the case where it's thin and flat, easy to carry versus those clunky beats ones. Sound quality is great too! For this price range. The hand gestures and controls are more complicated than beats, but incredibly useful once you get the hang of it.
