We are so sorry if these headphones didn't fit you well. The WH-1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. For the best method to fit the headphones, please refer to the following:
• Check the left and right units of the headset.
- There is a tactile dot on the (left) mark side.
• Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headset.
• Put on the headset with the earpads fitting snugly over your ears.
• Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
• Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the earpads fit snugly all around your ears.
• If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

Bluetooth connectivity is not stable - if you walk around it disconnects and even if you sit, it disconnects from Samsung TV and your show sound becomes distorted. From sound quality point of view, it is much better than Bose QC45 and Sony XM3. But if we consider Bluetooth connectivity, it is not as good as QC45.

Ive purchased quiet a few over the years and this has to be the best use of my money. The noise cancelation is top notch. Ive been to airports and busy areas and find myself engulfed in my music. The sound quality is on par with Bose headphones, although the 2 headphones have different sound profiles. If the noise cancellation gives you headaches, try returning them for a different piece, as I had a similar issue with the one I first purchased.

The noise cancelling easily handles busy traffic or loud noise. The bluetooth hissing found on all bluetooth headphones is minimal. Nothing will ever beat wired headphones, but these manage to matchup incredibly well.
