The sound of the actual headphones are the best in class for Bluetooth in my opinion. Only knock would be it feels like it could break east if not folded carefully.

hurt my ears and i wear glasses

Good ANC + sound but uncomfortable

Their main advantage, though is the noise cancelling. The only thing is, they're uncomfortable after wearing them for a little while. I would also not recommend this item if you need to switch smoothly between devices. You have to manually disconnect from the other device before you can use the other.

This time I bought it for my husband as my kids love this item. Using at home and airplane, they are very effective. Sounds is great while the headset actually cut the noises. These are by far the best headphones I have ever owned. I am more than happy with my purchase and they not only sound amazing but the noise canceling is second to none! I have used them every day since I got them!

The sound quality is on par with Bose headphones, although the 2 headphones have different sound profiles. If the noise cancellation gives you headaches, try returning them for a different piece, as I had a similar issue with the one I first purchased.

Great Overall but a Small Software Issue

Sometimes the ambient sound feature will turn on randomly and pause whatever you sre listening to. It doesn't happen often but it's really inconvenient when it does. Otherwise the headphones sound great and are very customizable.

It appears that the issue you have is caused by the Speak-to-Chat feature. If Speak-to-Chat is enabled beforehand, the Speak-to-Chat mode starts automatically when you talk to someone. The headset pauses or mutes the music which is being played and captures the voice of the person you are conversing with on the microphone to make it easier to hear. You can disable this feature by following this link:
