Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the microphone picks up background noise, so not useful for use in Skype/Zoom/Teams meetings. The touch controls take a little getting used to, but once comfortable with it they work perfectly. Upgraded from WH-1000XM2 which are great too - well worth the upgrade.

Speak to chat is probably the worst feature as it turns on by itself or is sensitive (eg. touching the pillow) but music quality is amazing.
