- Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the headset.
- Reset the headset.

I am using with blue tooth for tv and it does drop the sound once in a while just for a second but not enough or long enough to miss what is being said. Very happy with head phones and amazed at the noise cancellation ability.

Only upgraded from the XM-3's due to their tweaking the of quieting down even more of background noise during calls and the added feature dual connection at once on two devices like the QC 35 II. Cancels out lower frequency noise better. Annoying high pitched voices not fully sound proof unfortunately. Not as noise cancelling as airpodspro but I still like them.
