    Amazing sound and the noise canceling is impressive. I have always been a Bose fan but this Sony set is hard to beat.

    I was between the XM4 and XM5, and I'm glad i went with the XM4. I travel a decent amount and the foldability is very nice to have. Sound quality is solid without bass heavy. Comfortable for long periods and noise cancelling is great without feeling too "pressurized."

      Hi luis, We're very grateful for this positive feedback! Good to know you like the great sound quality of the unit. If the music stops playing when you speak, the speak-to-chat function is most likely activated. This feature allows the headset to automatically pause or mute the music being played and captures the voice of the person you are conversing with on the microphone to make it easier to hear. To disable Speak-to-Chat, hold 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel once again until you hear the voice guidance say, “Speak-to-chat deactivated”.
