Hi nycevan, we're glad that you like the noise canceling function and its sound quality. We appreciate your feedback about the Speak-to-Chat function. The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident. Due to ambient noise, the speech of the person wearing the headset may not be detected, and the Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate. In this case, try speaking longer and with a louder voice. In some cases, the Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate even when speaking longer and with a louder voice in extremely noisy environments such as in an airplane.

Thanks for sharing your honest review. We're truly delighted that you like the incredible audio of these headphones. Your feedback regarding the functionality is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. Unfortunately, using the headphones while charging is not supported. When the headset is connected to an AC outlet or computer, all operations such as turning on the headset, registering or connecting to Bluetooth devices, and music playback cannot be performed.

For total convenience, WH-1000XM4 headphones can be paired with two Bluetooth devices at the same time. So when a call comes in, your headphones know which device is ringing and connect to the right one automatically. You'll also be able to quickly, smoothly switch your headphones to either of the two devices at the touch of a button.
