Wireless works well and they have great sound quality. Are pricey but the build quality is good. One thing though is that you have to be careful not to get them wet.

Good but not the best

But I do like them but for the price it’s not worth it

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you're not having a complete experience because of the touch controls and supplied headphone cable. Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
When using the touch sensor, it is recommended to use our index finger. You may also find this link helpful:

They sound great (not that great as seen on YouTube reviews). Noise Canceling works well. But, in many cases it fails to pickup announcements/ voice. Overall great buy.
