After having a year charging sucks

I have to try multiple times for it sometimes to work! Many of people had this issue. Sometimes I have to continuously hold the power and plug the usb in or factory reset it with the power cord in it. This started a few months after purchase

We're happy to hear that you like the incredible sound quality of these headphones. Your feedback about the noise cancellation is greatly appreciated. Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. Please note that if you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Now the bad news - The microphone performed like garbage. Garbled, static, and often times cut out audio - even when using USB 5.0 on a computer, on my cell phone, or on my laptop. The microphone was the same garbage in Zoom, Skype, or facebook --- also just recording audio using the sound recorder on the phone. I went with Bose 700s - Noise canceling great but the microphone worked flawlessly on that pair.
