It is recommended to place the headphones on the case when not in use for storage and protection. You can check with our authorized service center for possible repair options. Everything's good, but the noise-canceling.

Wearing the headphones correctly is essential, not just so they are comfortable but also to ensure the noise-canceling function works as intended.
It's important to adjust the slider before wearing the headset, as improper positioning can lead to discomfort and diminish the effectiveness of the noise-canceling feature. Additionally, incorrect placement may interfere with the wearing detection function, potentially causing automatic music playback interruptions or triggering the automatic power-off feature for battery conservation. we hope these tips enhance your experience!

Good earphones with one problem

Emit a High Pitched Squeaking After a Year

My older Bose QC35 that I bought in 2017 are still working... might have just been bad luck but I doubt I'll ever try another pair. I did enjoy them before they quit working and the hand gestures on the side as well as the bass made it stand out.
