For optimum performance, make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). To pricy to be low quality

If you use these to workout in buy febreeze in less than 1 week this headset started to smell like some sweaty boxing gloves. Even with head set adjusted to smallest size depending on head position these headsets will fall off my ears.
