WOW! First set of nice headphones

I've known for years from co-workers/friends and experience that Sony and Bose are the main names in the audio game. This headset consistently ranks higher than the Bose and they do not disappoint. I Love these headphones. Comfy. ANC works amazing. Use them on my iPad or iPhone without issue. The app is nice as well. Worth the holiday purchase 100%

It did take some time to get used to, but I highly recommend. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is impeccable. As a film editor these headphones will become extremely in my future projects.

I had to download the app to my phone and synch it to all my devices. Took a few hours to familiarize, charge, and synch. It works great and fits comfortably. Love the noise cancellation that is built in.

But the noise cancelling, and new features of talk to chat, auto pause when you take them off your head and new options in the app really are an upgrade. Battery lasts me about three full work days so I’d say about 30 hour runtime is an accurate number. Overall fit and finish are incredible and far more robust in design and pretty durable than some of the competitors.

Pricey but worth it if you care about music.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t test a different set of headphones but they sound really good, noise canceling its unreal when you have music on the only thing I notice is that they get kinda warm in your ear when they are self power, but I use them to edit videos with the cable in comes with and they don’t create any heat so they are more confortable to use. The only thing I didn’t like was the feature that silence music when you talk I think is way to sensitive but you can turn it off so after that there is no issues. Two things that I really like is the feature that you put your hand over the right headphone to listen the outside, and the other one is that you can change between 2 different Bluetooth devices and change between them very easy.

Sony vs. Bose

I read a lot of reviews between these Sony and the Bose, and because I am an Android user, I chose the Sony. The battery life is great, the noise cancelling is decent, and the sound is good. I don't think these are as crisp and clean as the Bose brand, but I am happy with the overall product. I would recommend the Sony headphones.

The sound is truly exceptional. These are wireless and connects to devices via blue tooth. They use a downloaded app that allows you to adjust settings including EQ to your liking. These are the best headphones I've owned. I don't advise wearing at the gym since they'll make you feel warm quickly. I'd buy again in a flash.

Absolutely Outstanding— But Pricey

I bought these to watch movies, use on the regular for editing/cutting video, listening to music, etc. they were definitely expensive and although I bought them on sale for approximately $50 off, I don’t feel like I can safely justify a splurge like this. The pause/skip sensors on the outside are a bit finicky, I absolutely love the sound, and they are extremely comfortable. I also wear glasses, have piercings on my ears and had zero issues with discomfort of any kind. If you’re able to get past the price, I cannot recommend these enough.

I mainly use them at school, and the noise cancelling feature is great when I really need to focus on an assignment. The equalizer feature on the companion app is nice because you can adjust the sound exactly as you like it. It might be better to wait until they’re on sale if you’re on the fence about getting them, but I personally love and recommend them!!!

Much improved version

Having M2 and M3 myself, 1000XM4 is a much better version to previous models with improved noise-cancellation and more comfy to ears. Most importantly it can now simultaneously connected to two devices at once without the need to manually disconnect one to the another. Very satisfy with its performance, the touching mechanism is still annoying though.

They are comfortable, convenient, reliable, sound great, and have a great warranty. On top of that, they have a great app which allows you to customize your sound and enable/disable various settings like Speak-to-Chat.

Absolutley amazing sound

I wish I would have bought them a year ago, they sound absolutely amazing, I was worried because I listen to a lot of metal and usually the bas isnt there in cheaper headphones, but these sound amazing. I highly recommend them.
