The settings have to constantly be controlled manually. They messed up all of my microphone setting on my Mac so much so that I missed participating in three classes on clickmeeting and zoom. What a disappointment. The sound was nice but not worth the trouble!

Looks Cheap, High Bass, Confusing controls

Honestly, I found the sound to be way below-par than Bose NC700. The app and functions are so confusing that I had to spend 90 minutes to understand everything. I ended up returning it and exchanged it with outstanding B&W PX7. For the price-point, I won't recommend this product.

Touch controls are really bad.

Touch control on the right makes it frustrating to use. Why not just have simple buttons? Constantly pausing or moving to the next track when trying to adjust headphones on the head, but when you need to really pause, it does not respond. What a junk.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having the best experience with the touch sensor. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
When controlling the touch sensor, it is recommended to use the pad of your finger and not be too aggressive. The sensor of the touch sensor control panel is built into the flat surface of the right unit. Operate within the range of the sensor. When you swipe your finger forward/backward or up/down on the touch sensor control panel, the touch sensor control panel may not work correctly depending on the angle at which the headset is worn or the direction your head is facing:
-When you swipe your finger forward/backward, make the movements perpendicular to the headband.
-When you swipe your finger up/down, make the movements parallel to the headband.

Your feedback about the multipoint function is greatly appreciated. When using a multipoint connection, if you play music on the second device while still playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard. Stop the music on the first device so you can listen to music from the second device through the headphones.
