Poor battery life

I've had cheap $40 pair of headphones that have longer battery life than these. Trying to figure out if they don't auto disconnect and stay on and drain the battery or if this pair is just a bust.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the battery life.
The usage time varies depending on the setting or how they are used. To conserve battery life, turn off the DSEE HX Auto or Equalizer setting on the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Note: The available battery life significantly decreases when these settings are used at the same time.
You can also check the Automatic Power Off function of the headphones. This function turns off the headphones depending on your needs. For more information, please refer to this link:

Battery charging issue, had to go for warranty

The unit stopped charging, it always stopped at 10% SOC and wouldn’t charge up. Contacted SONY services recently and got a band new replacement. Hope the new one will last.
