    I had high hopes for these headphones. The sound and noise cancelling was good (comparable to Bose). The headphone controls are really difficult “touch” operated. The microphone cuts off the music even when you are not on a call which is very annoying.

    Hits the sweet spot of tonal balance

    Excellent base and mid to hi frequency balance for both movie watching and music. Noice cancel is on point. Bought the Bose QC 45 but returned and replaced it after sampling this. And I’m a Bose fan.

    Popping noise using Noise Cancellation

    Everyone be careful when buying these headphones. They are for the most part good, there is a big issue that appears for a lot of users. When the noise cancellation is turned on the headphones will start making popping noises that get annoying. It’s a very widespread problem that many buyers report. Wish I would have known that before buying.

    Waste of Money

    I bought these because of the aesthetics. I'm a fan of BEATS and I love how easy I can connect to different devices. The fact that I literally have to forget device in settings on these each time I want to connect to a different device is so inconvenient. I can't get rid of the ambient sound and they sound muffled at times. Now, there is absolutely no sound and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it back. I searched on YouTube how to factory reset, tried that, and nothing. I'm so upset that I wasted my money on these. $350 gone

    Very good quality build. Not a headphone user so these didn’t quite work for me. Perfect bang for your buck. Little spotty connectivity wise with iPhone, but that’s just coming from an AirPod user.

    The product is good but worth the premium price. The multiple connect devices feature is good if you are switching between 2 phones, but if you are switching between a laptop, ipad or phone then it doesn’t work. You either have to turn off the headphones or turn off the bluetooth of the device. Also, the material quality is not that good as you may hear creaking sounds when you’ll wear it in the wind. If you are looking these to use them in the gym then I won’t recommend this because they will fall while you do weight training exercises. Airpods pro offer better value than this and are also cheaper. There isn’t much difference in the audio quality. Also, they claim 30 hours battery life. I used these for 25 minutes and the battery went from 100 to 35%.

      Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time. A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.

      To prevent the unit from falling, adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help for a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. These headphones also are not designed for sports.

    Read a lot of great reviews about these headphones but was overall disappointed by the audio quality and the noise cancellation. It works very well but if you walk into another room it takes a moment for the sound to cancel out. I opted to return these and get the AirPods Max instead and am much happier with those.

However, the maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles (person, metal, wall, etc.) or electromagnetic environment.
