Hi Sneake, we're glad that you like the sound quality and noise canceling function. Make sure to update the software of the headphones (via Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. You do have the option to turn off the Speak-to-Chat function by holding 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel. When using the multipoint function, make sure to turn off or pause the music playback of the device that is not in use. You may refer to this link for more information:

If you’re finding the bass a little light, try adjusting the sound through the Sony Headphones Connect app. Using the built-in equalizer, you can either select the “Bass Boost” preset or tailor the sound further by increasing the “Clear Bass” slider. We are sorry if you feel uncomfortable using it after a couple of hours. The WH1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort.
