Former Bose, new Sony Fan!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the 700 Bose headphones first, and while the sound was 'good', had too many issues with connections and with the Source List in the app not working when I needed it. Switched to the Sony headphones and couldn't be happier!! All my issues with Bose are nonexistent with the MX 4s. Longer battery, better sound (imo), better functionality with the controls since you have twice the surface area to work with... and the cheaper price is the icing on the cake!

Great battery life and noise cancelling

They are incredible at noise cancelling and look amazing. I’ve also gone WEEKS without charging- bow this was using maybe only for a couple of house (5-6) but still amazing! The only thing is, the headphones can slide off my head a bit when movinf but i don’t mind too much.

Premium headphones

Great sound and comfort. The noise cancellation is phenomenal. The sony app is also great where you can tweak the EQ and various settings.

Headphones Review

The only complaint I have is the volume adjustment is awkwardly positioned, it is too easy to toggle the channel switch for the base unit. The sound quality is good and the headphones are comfortable.

Not the newest, but the best?

My XM3's are dying and the XM4's have updated Bluetooth to allow for multiple device connections. These may be two versions old, but the XM5/6's do not fold up as compactly and, as reviews point out, the headband may be slightly tighter. ANC is great and the sound is balanced.

Softest, Most Comfortable to Wear

These are excellent for form fitting softness. The sound quality is great. My only issue with them is the headphones smell like chemicals. That's a deal breaker for me, but not for my spouse.

Worth every penny

One of the best over-ear wireless BT headsets

The ear cups are very comfortable and can be worn for hours at a time with minimal discomfort. A lot of convenient features such as the touch gestures, USB-C charging, and "hand over right earcup to talk to people" make this headset one of my favorite. The sound quality is on-par with the Bose, and I think the headband is more comfortable.

Sony makes the best headphones

It has 3 modes: Noise Cancelling, Ambient Sound and Off and the noise cancelling is very good. There are some minor things like the battery and sensitivity to voice but nothing that is hard to get used to. It also folds up and the case is very hard so it protects. Overall I love these headphones.
