I have had a few different brands that offer noise canceling but don’t do the same as these do. Would recommend if you are in the budget to shop for ANC headphones at this price range.

My husbands kind off Sony headphones are the best.

I'm reallly really careful with all of my electronics. So I am bummed out that the have stpped charging. 16 months/$400, now they are garbage.

Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Restart your computer, and check whether the situation has improved.
Reset the headset.

It is as good as I thought it would be... I am still exploring all the features. It is very comfortable to wear but have not tried it on flight yet.
