Don’t expect magical pin drop silence. Great bass and music. It does get a bit uncomfortable after a few minutes of usage. If you have previously owned any headphones, it should definitely not be an issue

Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue. Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while. The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt. You may need to limit your headphone usage.

Good over the ear headphones

I have big ears and these kinda fit into the ear cups. Sound quality if awesome. I wouldn't wear this continuously for long periods. I have been on 2-3 hour long calls and they have worked great. The app makes sure your firmware is up to date.

Headphones sound good but not for the price. Not comfortable for long periods and do. It get loud at all. If you are doing anything at all they will not stay on. Overhyped and underperforming.

Easy to use Comes with a headphone cord Con: Wind noise present whether you are in a room with a ceiling fan or outside. Sony needed to do a better job at getting the Noise cancellation on the phone.
