    They’re pretty great for noise cancellation. They won’t stay on your head when working out in the gym. Not very load as well.

As it turns out, the headphones aren't quite designed for sports. To prevent the unit from falling, adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help for a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. To improve the sound level of your headphones, redo the connection on your headphones and source device and try increasing the volume on both devices. Hope this helps.
