We're glad that you like the fit and sound quality of the headphones. Your feedback about the noise canceling function is greatly appreciated. The WH1000XM4 has an improved noise canceling function specifically for high frequencies. It is also very effective at removing everyday ambient noise. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low-frequency band such as vehicles and air conditioning. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. These should be pretty effective at canceling out noise and even more so if you have audio playing while the noise cancelation features are on.
