One issue when using as a headset the microphone drops out and you have to turn off and back on. That said, I don’t use them for video conferencing.

Not much to complain about other than the lack of ability to tighten the over head band. Even at the smallest size, my adult head doesn’t hold them in place for long. It is annoying but not worth returning.

Sometimes I have to reset the noise cancelling by turning off and on, then it seems to block out more noise. However, it is better than Bose noise cancelling blocking out more of the upper midrange.
