    Sounds great, great battery life, charges super quick, great on planes. Biggest issues it is pretty big not great for small heads. When going to the gym, need to wear an hat to fit without falling off. And it doesn’t have great communication if trying to use it as a headset for a computer. Or at least mine, I’ve got a Lenovo think pad.

    Love my XM4 Sony headphones. I use them everyday to watch tv. They work great with my Sony Bravia tv. Never miss what's said and the sound is amazing. Using my phone I downloaded the app and it lets you adjust the bass and other sound features.

    The sound is awesome. Then why only 3 star? Bluetooth connectivity is not stable - if you walk around it disconnects and even if you sit, it disconnects from Samsung TV and your show sound becomes distorted. From sound quality point of view, it is much better than Bose QC45 and Sony XM3. But if we consider Bluetooth connectivity, it is not as good as QC45.

    The headphones look beautiful and simplistic. The sound quality is superb and the touch pad controls work well as long as you are slower and deliberate with your movements. The audio can pause whenever you take the headset off, this feature works well enough. In the beginning my music would continue playing once i removed them but i haven't had many issues with it in the past few weeks.

    If you don't care about multi-point connection for your headphones - the XM3 will be a wiser buy from feature and price point. I've been buying this line since XM2 and the improvements in terms of noise canceling have been good, the sound profile has not seen any huge change over the years. The bass is still punchy to the point of overbearing and the mids and treble are not as pronounced as its competitors. It's still the best of its class out there but the next model better have a refresh in design and sound profile or there's no point in upgrading these cans for the next couple of years.

    This is the 4th, I think, pair purchased or exchanged through Best Buy, Sony had terrible customer service, as I have tried with previous to send off for repair. They recommend a company in New York. Unfortunately, one of the pairs had broke above one of the ear cups. I keep getting this product because it is the best Noise Canceling on the market. I wish Sony, for the amount they charge, do a better job of service

    These are currently the best wireless headphones on the market in their price range. Nice that you can Bluetooth pair with more than one device (e.g. computer and phone). Audio quality is very good and the equalizer app allows you to easily tweak sound profile to your preference. This item periodically goes on sale and at sale prices nothing else on the market comes close.

    I love my wh-1000xm4 headphones i finally decided to buy a pair and see how they compared to my bose qc25 my sonys are louder and have better bass although i give my bose the edge as far as comfort goes i will buy sony again if the opportunity presents itself i have always been a sony fan ever since high school

    Worth Every Single Cent. Coming from Sony - WH-XB900N to these has been worth it. The app and features of this made the upgrade worthwhile. The battery life is almost all day trust me from someone who uses his headset throughout the day. Looking forward to this year's upgrade to the Sony WF-1000XM3 for a better travel/ commute option.     Decent cans - and before being too harsh, ask yourself: how much degradation happens to your music via Spotify? Hook into a lossless source first as a true test. Light, easy weight, decent build quality. I love the ability to connect to two bluetooth sources and it works well even between my PC and iPhone 11 pro. The closest comp may be the Airpod Max and at twice the price, get these and a pair of Airpod Pros or better give the 250 bucks to your local animal shelter. Apple is trying to go elite brand and it’s a huge turnoff in this pandemic economy. Go with M4s.
