However, the mic quality is not the best. I had to disconnect it fir phone and conf call because it was not clear ok on the other side.

Please make sure that you wear the headphone properly and making sure that the earcups are covering your ears. You can try and adjust the headband of the XM4 to avoid sound leakage. I just upgraded from the WH-1000XM3 models, which I had for about a year and a half (and Loved!), had some minor ware on the headband and took advantage of my warranty to upgrade. I love these as much as I loved the previous model.. multi device connection, pause/play when removed and replaced, ease of connection.. plus more features!.
