Great Headset

The only bummer is you cannot use it while it is charging. Not sure if the others can be used while charging either. Just make sure you keep track of the battery and charge at night.

Great upgrade from Bose QC 35 after app settings

I owned the QC 35s for several years now, and it still works great. To me, the upgrade in going to this pair of Sony wireless headphones wasn’t there until I changed the configurations in the Sony app to my preference. After those configurations, the sound quality made a world of a difference. I still prefer the buttons on the Bose QC 35, and the part of the headphones that goes over the top of your head on the Bose feels more comfortable to me. I will still alternate between using both, but will definitely grab these Sony headphones when I really want to appreciate the music sound quality, especially the 360 reality audio song selections on Amazon Music.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Love these headphone, the Noise Cancellation is amazing, ofcorse you can hear minor sounds, especially if they are just on your ears with nothing playing, with something playing, they are incredable, I am very happy with my purchase, sometimes the left ear makes a little humming sound but it comes and goes and really isn't that big of a deal, When using them to talk to people on the phone, they are great for you and the person you are on the phone with, with these headphones and the technology, they hear you better than ever.

Great sound and comfort, finicky software

Bluetooth on Windows 10 PCs can be a little inconsistent at times and so can the app on Android as it can be impossible to connect sometimes. The app is needed to change certain settings like EQs or touch controls. There are times where I have to unpair the headphones from my device, uninstall the app, then re-pair it and install the app again for it to work again as doing the usual turning off and on the Bluetooth on the phone or holding down the power button on the headphones to pair don't always work to get the app functioning properly. It can also be difficult sometimes to update the headphones to the latest firmware as it will not always download it right away even with automatic download turned on. Overall, these are a great pair of headphones, just wish the software side of things could be a bit better.

I probably spent an hour in the store trying to convince myself that the Bose and Beats headphones were better than the Sony ones but my ears would not let me! I bought these to drown out the noise while studying and they work perfect. When you put your hand on the outside of the right speaker you can hear the noise outside of the headphones. Truly amazing!!!!!
