Could have been great but the cheaped out

Good sound Great battery life CONS No charger, really SONY not charger? I had to go buy one. Short cords, I had to go out and spend more money on cords. Case only fits headphones if you shrink it down to the min size. Great headphones. They are the best I have seen for noise cancellation. But Sony cheaped out on the accessories which is why it isn't a 5 star. They probably saved $5 per headphone but made me spend $15 to get accessories that actually worked. I didn't like the phone app because it needed data access to get all the features working and I don't get data all the time.

The XM4 reviews said this problem was fixed, so when Best Buy had these on sale I decided to try them. The XX4 is better than the 35IIs in bluetooth device switching (almost instant as opposed to switching in app). Tonal range is better, noise cancelling is better and more adjustable and the equalizer setting in the app are great - only con is the ear cushions require more placement adjustment to be comfortable

Near Perfect Over-the-Ear Headphones

It blocks the loud ambient noise of lawn mower and leaf blowers while I'm working as well as the dog barking. The sound quality is really good. I haven't tried to use the app yet but turning on noise-cancelling mode is really easy with a clear announcement that has been turned on or off. My only complaint is the ear cups can get a little warm for my liking but this is probably only a problem during the summer.

I’ve always felt that Bluetooth sacrifices sound quality but these seem to overcome that. Worth the money, noice canceling is exceptional and they’re comfortable

Sound quality is unmatched and the noise canceling aspect is amazing. I dont even have to turn them on at times. Ive worn then on a plane a while back for noise cancelling and to habe a bit of pressure releif and it honestly helped alot.

The music sounds so incredibly clear and I like that I’m able to custom the listen quality to my liking. My only issue with these is they take a while to connect to my phone but I believe that’ll stop over time since they’re still pretty new.

I cannot believe how crisp the sound is. More importantly, I do NOT hear my kids' drama ;). They cannot I am impressed Sony! They also come with the adapter to plug into the phone or other music device if you are leery about connecting to Bluetooth, as I am. These are hella expensive, j but Best Buy has great sales throughout the year so keep your eyes open for the sale price. Good luck and enjoy these bad boys!!!!
