I cannot believe how crisp the sound is. More importantly, I do NOT hear my kids' drama ;). They cannot I am impressed Sony! They also come with the adapter to plug into the phone or other music device if you are leery about connecting to Bluetooth, as I am. These are hella expensive, j but Best Buy has great sales throughout the year so keep your eyes open for the sale price. Good luck and enjoy these bad boys!!!!

I can’t get them to connect to my Mac but I also haven’t tried that hard either.

Great product

Its awesome that they have a bluetooth and come with a headphones jack. Recently took a trip and with the aux cord it allowed me to use them to watch a movie on the plane with the in seat tvs. But also able to use bluetooth on my table and not need 2 different headphones. The anc always works really nice and i love the feature to put your hand over the right ear and it allow you to hear whats going on around you so your not always having to take them off

The best noise-cancelling headphones!

I had purchased them for my vacation to Europe, and many they cancelled out all the noise around me, on the plane, at the airports and it was great!!! I highly recommend these to anyone who needs some quiet time where it's hard to get quiet time.

Best Wireless Headphones

I've owned the Bose 700 Headphones for a short time but ended up swapping for these Sony's. They aren't as flashy looking as the Bose but these out perform in every way. Also, highly recommend using a HiFi streaming service like Tidal or Deezer to get the most out of these headphones. I've always used Spotify but they difference is very noticeable and I don't think I will be able to go back after purchasing these!

Perfect except for gaming

Actually helped fix my bluetooth issue on computer. Only draw back is that when using for gaming, they cant function as headphones and mic at the same time. Small inconvenience, but if you're thinking for primarily gaming and you use Discord or play with friends I would go for a gaming headset over these. For anything else, these are amazing.

Pairing with multiple devices alone was a big plus, as I switch regularly between phone and tablet. After software updates this has been fairly seamless, and the headphones don't have a problem going between devices. They are comfortable and feature excellent sound quality just like the XM3s did. However, I have an issue where there is an audible 'hiss/white noise' in the background when in ANC. While this of course is much less noticeable when playing audio, this did NOT happen with my XM3s so I'm not sure if this is something wrong with my pair or if this is present in all XM4s. If so, that's an unfortunate change and something that really keeps this from being the perfect upgrade from the XM3s.

However, when I do use them, they’re a NOISE CANCELLATION life saver. I honestly would recommend these over the AirPod pro max. Not only for price, but quality of sound not brand.
