We're glad that you like the sound quality and comfort of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the multipoint function. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Make sure to also follow the steps on this link when using the multipoint function:

Depending on the device, silent streaming can continue on the first device when the second device has a Bluetooth connection to the headphones. If this is the case, the headphones remain connected to the first device, and the audio doesn't switch to the second device. Follow these steps to hear sound from the second device:
1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, select the System tab, and make sure the Connect to 2 devices simultaneously option is set to ON.
2. Stop playback on the first connected device.
3. Close the audio (music) application on the first connected device.

Multiple devices connection and no latency. The improved noise cancellation is a little bit more effective on higher frequency. I really love the memory foam and the right pressure of the head band. Too high, uncomfortable; too low, ineffective noise cancellation. Something I need to say: it does get hot and uncomfortable after 1 hour, but this is the satisfaction you have to take for good seal and noise cancellation. Recommend this to people who haven’t bought 1000xm3.

Even better than the mighty Bose 700

In my opinion, the Sony's are just as comfortable, seem to have better sound quality (especially with bass response), and slightly better noise cancellation...though I haven't tried out the various adaptive modes. Most importantly, they maintain a stable bluetooth connection to my devices.

Sony Over Ear Headphones

Sounds great w/ PlayStation 5 but...

While as of right now they will not sync up via Bluetooth they do plug in to the PS5 controller. They have an app you can put on your phone to customize the way they sound. 3D audio is amazing. You can hear an enemy’s breath. Birds in the distance. Phenomenal headphones! Maybe Sony could step up their game in the future and make these compatible for Bluetooth sync in a future PS5 update?... Hope they will anyway. The headphones are the best I’ve ever owned.

The hires audio sounds I'm able to get via bluetooth are fantastic. I did purchase the adapters for both USB-C and Apple Lightning so I could hardwire to either my iPad Pro or the Apple iPhone 13 Pro but I'm honestly not sure its needed.

Excellent headphones, but at a hefty price

The sound quality is exceptional. The software features are impressive. The build quality is great. I’m definitely loving the experience, whether listening to music or to videos. I have a bigger head, and these do get a little uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. Not sure if there are any other premium headphones that are more comfortable. And the high price is definitely something to consider, if cost is a factor for you.

Great headphones with Great Noise Cancelling

I caught them on sale shortly before Christmas. I have tested them on several occasions around the house, and the noise cancellation works great. The true test will be on my next flight. I purchased them primarily for air travel so it will filter out engine noise and chatter. The speak-to-chat feature is kinda annoying when conducting a phone call, but thankfully it can be deactivated.
