Nearly Perfect Headphones

The only downside to these vs say the Bose QuietComfort headphones is that there isn't a dedicated button to enable bluetooth pairing. You have to turn them off and back on again to enter pairing mode, it's a very weird setup.

When you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information), the headset enters pairing mode automatically. When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the (power) button for about 7 seconds. Check that the indicator (blue) repeatedly flashes twice in a row. You will hear the voice guidance say, “Bluetooth pairing”. You may find this link helpful:

Sound canceling is good, but AirPod pro is a little better. I dislike how you have to use a separate app to work with the headphones. Comes w a attachable cable so that’s convenient! But I couldn’t hear that well when I attached it to a audio interface though.. but it’s good pair of headphones for the gym

The noise canceling makes a noise which is a little annoying. Switching between modes is a bit of a hassle, but the overall quality seems good.

Junky headphones with too many bells and whistles

I wore them for 2 months, not even daily, and one of the ear cups snapped off just from removing them off my head. Sony warranty does NOT cover physical damage and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars to repair their poorly made product. On top of that any time you try to slightly adjust the ears, settings get messed up and your music will pause. The noise cancelling feature also kicks on and off at random times. These just do not make for a great listening experience and they are not well made. You're better off getting a cheap pair of SkullCandy. At least when they break you're not out $500+. Do not buy this product.

The warranty provided by Sony is for initial failures if more than troubleshooting is needed. This does not include any physical damage made to the unit.
