Surreal Sound and Noise Cancellation!!

I mainly use these for hitting the gym and I love how I’m just vibing in my own zone. A bit of a hassle when I make any sound and it pauses my playlist to allow me to hear outside noise but aside from that, great headphone which I really enjoyed purchasing at a discount!!

Good to know that your investment is worth it. We're sorry to learn the headphones pauses the music when you make any sound.
The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident. If you want to enable it, hold 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel until you hear the voice guidance say, “Speak-to-chat activated”.
You can also use the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app to switch between enabled/disabled, change the sensitivity of the automatic audio detection, and change the time until the Speak-to-Chat mode ends.

These Sony headphones are the best sounding I've owned. The noise canceling works great. The controls take some getting used to, but once you figure them out they are genius. Far superior to the Boses controls. I use them primarily with my Samsung Note 9 and Samsung Smart TV. I haven't had any issue pairing or keeping them connected. I use them regularly outdoors while doing chores.

Great sound annoying control

The customization of sound output and button function is nicely executed but the touch control on the right side is so annoying I had to turn it off. Would buy again

Good Pair of Headphones

I would probably get a skin on them since the matte material can get scratched up but other than that, it is a very good device

Speak to chat works for me whenever im at the store or at home doing yard work with my family, and the pause whenever you take them off is helpful as well.

Great headphone with just one flaw

While on iOS devices AAC format creates good sound, they have omitted the aptX so the sound code is limited to a very old SBC format on Windows. I am not an audiophile myself but can hear some sound differences between my Windows machine (SBC) and iPhone (AAC). I didn't know this when bought the item, and if I knew probably look somewhere else. But, I can't say I am 'that' disappointed, the product is great and the battery life is really good.
