Sounds great, my flaws with it

Biggest issues it is pretty big not great for small heads. When going to the gym, need to wear an hat to fit without falling off. And it doesn’t have great communication if trying to use it as a headset for a computer. Or at least mine, I’ve got a Lenovo think pad.

For full price, it's not worth it. Get the XM3 instead for cheaper.

We appreciate your feedback about the headphones. There have been some great upgrades to the WH1000XM4 from the WH1000XM3.
The WH1000XM4 utilizes DSEE Extreme™️ (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine) which upscales compressed digital music files in real-time. Dynamically recognizing the instrumentation, musical genres, and individual elements of each song, such as vocals or interludes, it restores the high-range sound lost in compression for a richer, more complete listening experience.
Also, the WH1000XM4 features smart listening technology to enhance your listening. With this, you can simply start speaking to automatically pause your music in Speak-to-Chat, or enjoy adaptive playback thanks to the proximity sensor and two acceleration sensors that detect whether your headphones are being worn or not.
The WH1000XM4 also allows you to connect to 2 devices simultaneously.
Finally, we also gently adjusted the design of the headphones. We added more cushioning to the headband and ear padding. We also changed the outside dimensions of the headphones slightly so they sit more comfortably over your head.

I have had them for a year and I am very gentle with them, but they have already broken at the hinges and this seems to be a common issue with these headphones. very disappointing especially considering the price. it also has difficulty connecting to my iPhone sometimes.

10/10, Perfect (but…)

I’m a klutz so i’ve dropped them a few times and they work amazingly!! Aesthetically so pleasing too, love the color. I just wish sony soundconnect was more consistent with actually working… but the headphones are great
