Great ANC but gets HOT

Bass struggles when it gets really loud. Earcups just sounded muffled. Transparency is ok. I still had to lift up a side to hear the conversation. Touch controls are acceptable. Can be sensitive sometimes. My main issue is that this thing gets HOT on the ears. Definitely buy it on sale if you are dead set on getting it.

Good headphones - never get wet

Do not get these wet you will regret it they will stop working. Also sometimes they fall of my head but idk if I just have a tiny head. They never break when they fall tho

For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer. During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line. You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

Awesome Noise cancelling Headphones

For me, nobody provide best sound quality than Sony. However, this headphone is even better than what I expected. I own A LOT of electronics, and these would be near or at top of them all. The sound quality is a 6 out of 5 (clarity and ANC). Call quality is not as great -- mic sounds muffled and the active noise cancellation (ANC) turns off -- but I just have to give these a 5.

The sound quality while playing dance music was unparallel. I will definitely enjoy these for work purposes only ahem.. the USB C cord is pretty small in length but it charges quickly. The ear customization settings for better sound quality was mind blowing
