Awesome Noise cancelling Headphones

For me, nobody provide best sound quality than Sony. However, this headphone is even better than what I expected. Sound is so smooth and high quality that even at low volume you can hear every beats of the music. So far, I am enjoying this :)

Decent but not great

These are massively overpriced. Semi-decent noise control, but not very effective. The noise cancelling is unequal between the right and left side, which makes it feel like one of my ears is plugged up somehow. The app is useful only in that I could tell it to stop switching to ambient sound every time I stood up- that was obnoxious. So, okay but far too pricey at full price for what I received. Skullcandy was far better imo

We take customer feedback seriously and what you've described, particularly the imbalance in noise canceling between the right and left earcups, is something we'd like to help you with. That definitely isn't the experience we want for our customers.
A good first step to address that uneven noise canceling is to try the "NC Optimizer" function in the Sony | Sound Connect app. It's designed to optimize the noise canceling based on your head shape, hairstyle and even whether you're wearing glasses. Just put the headphones on, open the app, and look for the 'NC Optimizer' option. It should only take a minute or two to run.
If that doesn't solve it, sometimes a quick reset can help with these kinds of issues. To reset your WH-1000XM4 headphones, please follow the instructions on this link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752743.html

It also has a feature I call "spouse mode" that will cause the music when you talk and then you on the outside microphones and then starts playing music when you stop talking. No need to take off the headphones every time someone talks to you.

Perfect for late night/early morning editing

I can hear everything in videos and none of the outside world with these on. My only complaint is that my ears do get pretty hot after wearing them for a couple hours, but that's to be expected. I got these to be able to work late at night or early in the morning when my family's asleep and they work like a charm.

I had beats headphones before but the sound quality wasn’t there. These headphones feel like I’m at a concert. You can control the sound quality on the Sony app which is a great tool. Best NC headphones I have tried!

Perfect for gaming on a laptop which produce a lot of fan noise. I have enjoyed playing with all the ease of use features and they respond VERY fast to touch. Only gripe I have, they get pretty warm. They are noise cancelling so can't expect that not to be a thing. Know what you are buying and you will enjoy these.
