The only issue is with updates, as they seem to wipe your previous settings each time. It’s annoying, and inconvenient, but easy to fix with their mobile app,

Nice Pair of Headphones

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can do a lot of controlling of these headphones through the Sony app. Love the 360 sound you can get with the Deezer app. The sound is great, I’ve heard details in tracks I’ve listened to before in these headphones I’ve never heard before. If you want a pair of good quality headphones, and don’t like Bose, or Senniheiser, these are the headphones to give a try.

Sony sound is richier and mor surrounding.

The best noise canceling headphones

I work in a very noisy environment, slip on these headphones, turn the noise canceling on, and I’m loss in a world of pure sound. Sony’s LDAC Bluetooth allows my HiRez music to stream without the the clarity lost by the much lower bitrate of other codecs. (My iPhone can broadcast using the LDAC codec)

The features and comfort are excellent. I find the sound could be more crisp. I'm not sure if I'm just having a hard time finding my preferred sound profile or if its the headphones. Adding base seems to wash out mid and high clarity.

The noise canceling feature is the finest I've used so far, and the audio quality is excellent. You won't want to take these headphones off once you put them on.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when switching between two audio sources using the multipoint function. When using a multipoint connection, we recommend to download the Sony Sound Connect app on one of the devices and make sure it has the latest update. Check with the Sony Sound Connect app that the setting of [Connect to 2 devices simultaneously] is on. (Confirm that both devices are connected in the Device Currently Being Connected section of the app)
• Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time.
- A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.
• If you want to play music from the other device, stop playback on the device that is playing the music, and start playback by operating the other device.
Even if you start playback by operating the second device while playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard via the headset. In this state, if you stop playback on the first device, you can listen to music from the second device via the headset.
