Best noise-cancelling headphones out there

I turn them on and the world is GONE! They are very easy to use, and their functionality is completely intuitive. The phone app is also intuitive and easy to use. They're spendy, but they're worth every penny.

Right Hinge

I have bought a pair of xm4’s before and in fact this is a replacement for those but my first pairs I had dropped and the right hinge swivel had broke and the right cup was just dangling, that was my fault that it broke, but this time I was just taking the headphones off and they broke, in the same way as my last ones..so I probably won’t ever be buying Sony’s again, they cost way too much to break so easily.

Upgrade

The technology has changed considerably and the sound quality/noise cancellation are much better.

I could not be happier with the noise cancellation for work. Calls sound a bit robotic, but I can really focus. My biggest gripe is the switching between laptop ( Mac ) and phone. Disconnecting from the laptop enables the multi-device pairing option to allow the phone to play music. It is easy to connect back to the laptop. I wish it was a bit more automatic.

These headphones are everything

I like how the touch sensitivity on the sides of the headphones can be turned off and on, the the eq settings in the app. Pretty much a great purchase!

Drown out the noise

Best noise.cancellation I’ve seen (heard)

Sony includes a decent case, headphone cable, and airline adapter for that as well. But even in everyday life they sound great and block a ton of unwanted noise.

Posted .Hi TaylorV, Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad you are happy with the noise cancelling featture of your headphones. These steps may help you when the touch sensor is not responding correctly:
The sensor of the touch sensor control panel is built into the flat surface of the right unit. Operate within the range of the sensor.
-When you swipe your finger forward/backward or up/down on the touch sensor control panel, the touch sensor control panel may not work correctly depending on the angle at which the headset is worn or the direction your head is facing.
a. When you swipe your finger forward/backward, make the movements perpendicular to the headband.
b. When you swipe your finger up/down, make the movements parallel to the headband.
