We're glad that you like the sound quality and battery life of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you're experiencing delay or lag when watching movies. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games. Thanks for sharing your feedback and for choosing Sony.

The bass is the smoothest I've ever heard, and I was not very picky, but I will never expect anything but the quality I get from these! Would have spent 500 easily

No need to upgrade if you have the prior edition. There are new features that add some minor improvements but not really worth the extra $$. Gotta say the blue is slick! Hope Sony keeps this color way for the next installment.

One issue when using as a headset the microphone drops out and you have to turn off and back on. That said, I don’t use them for video conferencing.

Spectacular headphones, not so good shipping.

This only happens when I have used ANC for long periods of time. Aside from the headphones, I strongly recommend not to purchase similar products from Best Buy, especially preorders! The only reason I decided to purchase my headphones on Best Buy, was because they promised my headphones would be shipped the 14th of August, a full four days before Amazon. Can you guess what happened? Shipping was delayed, and I could not cancel my order, despite my numerous attempts. They finally shipped FIVE DAYS LATER, and arrived that Friday. If I had simply ordered from Amazon, my headphones would have arrived a day earlier, Thursday. Best Buy, be honest with your customers. Don't lie to us, saying you'll get us our headphones earlier, when you cannot. We deserve better than that.

I like how the touch sensitivity on the sides of the headphones can be turned off and on, the the eq settings in the app. Pretty much a great purchase!

Not much to complain about other than the lack of ability to tighten the over head band. Even at the smallest size, my adult head doesn’t hold them in place for long. It is annoying but not worth returning.
