The first time that I tried to charge them. Other than that solid pair of headphones

Surprising upgrade to xm3

Best headphones on the market, until now. The Sony wh-1000xm4 fixed the few MINOR improvements wh-1000xm3's needed. I don't know if a "perfect headphone" exists, but if it does, it's the xm4!

He said the ear cushions are very soft compared to other ones, the sound and noise cancelling is great. Overall excellent headphones!

While we are happy that you are enjoying your XM4, we're sorry to hear that it stopped working. We would like to know more about what happened. For the meantime, please try these steps.
- Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the headset.
- Reset the headset.
