But I do like them but for the price it’s not worth it

Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.

Love how comfortable they are. I give them a 4.5/5, solid set of headphones for the gym and everyday use. I just dislike the talk for ambient sound feature.

This is not the usual case with our XM4. We recommend to try and adjust the headband of your XM4 to the desired fit but it will not hurt your head or ears. I am using with blue tooth for tv and it does drop the sound once in a while just for a second but not enough or long enough to miss what is being said. Cancels out lower frequency noise better. Annoying high pitched voices not fully sound proof unfortunately. Not as noise cancelling as airpodspro but I still like them.
