Easy to use Comes with a headphone cord Con: Wind noise present whether you are in a room with a ceiling fan or outside. Sony needed to do a better job at getting the Noise cancellation on the phone. Don’t expect magical pin drop silence. Great bass and music. It does get a bit uncomfortable after a few minutes of usage. If you have previously owned any headphones, it should definitely not be an issue

Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue. Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while. The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt. You may need to limit your headphone usage.

Great for most part

Cancels out lower frequency noise better. Annoying high pitched voices not fully sound proof unfortunately. Not as noise cancelling as airpodspro but I still like them.
