While we are happy that you appreciate the noise canceling capability of our XM4, we're sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the microphone and having a hard time for making or taking calls. The functions available during a call may vary depending on the profile supported by your smartphone or mobile phone. In addition, even if the profile is the same, the functions may vary depending on the smartphone or mobile phone.

To fix this and to get the optimum performance of your headphone, please make sure to install the latest software version of the headphone via the Sony Headphone Connect app.
