Nice work/study-focus device

During phone calls I received complains that the microphone is not good. But again I bought a open-box item, so not sure if previous owner dropped or damaged it. I caution of using it while kids at home or absolute no while driving.

Great sound

That’s not to say the XM4 is built poorly. The material feel doesn’t fit the price, but is still reliable and put together well.

Great noise reduction but sound is lacking!

And that is with the sony app and adjusting the sound every which way with the available frequency equalizer. I made the mistake of buying these from bestbuy and now will take a 20% bath on the return!
