Great product for most situations.

One unique issue that may or may not matter to some...is that during phone calls, the noise canceling does not works as well for the caller as it does for me. I do not hear any background noise but they do hear some. Not sure if that is just my head set of typical.

During calls, the headphones' microphones pick up ambient sounds regardless of the Ambient Sound Control function setting. This is due to the Sidetone function, which makes it easier to talk using the headphones by allowing you to hear your own voice naturally. As a result, the noise-canceling function works differently during calls compared to when you're listening to music.
This means that while you may not hear the background noise, the person on the other end of the call might still hear some ambient sounds. This is not a malfunction but rather a design feature of the headphones. If this is a significant issue for you, you might want to consider using a different environment for calls or exploring other headphone models that might better suit your needs for phone calls.
