While we're glad to hear you like the industry-leading noise cancelation, we regret to know you're having issues with the call quality and audio sync with your TV. For call quality improvements, please make sure that the firmware version of the headphones is up to date.
The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games. Hope this helps!
